Emily Gauthier-Student of the Month-November
Emily is a second year Early Childhood Occupations student.
Her instructor, Pam Caron, says that “she is most certainly my go to gal. She is very responsible and completely dependable. Emily is quite intuitive and sees what needs to be done without being asked and jumps in and does it. She is a true team player who is respected by her peers. She has a strong work ethic and applies herself diligently to her academics while maintaining a job. She has a 98 average in my program and is also involved in sports and her community at large.
Emily loves children and is fascinated with their curious minds and the psychology behind what they do. She is intrigued by the growth and development of children and truly enjoys the little ones in our Creating Connections Playschool. During the pandemic she was instrumental in creating a virtual classroom for our little ones and her dedication to this task was appreciated by the families that we served.
Emily Gauthier is an incredible young woman with strong convictions who is willing to stand up for what she believes in. She understands much of what our little ones have to go through as she has experienced this adversity in her childhood as well. She is determined to make the world a better place and I look forward to working alongside her in the Early Childhood field. It is without reservation that I recommend her for student of the month”.
